Hey everyone! Thanks for all the helpful info while trying to tune my Vino.
I'm Mike and I live in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.
I'm a disabled (have a bone dying disease called Avascular Necrosis in most joints of my body) stay at home Dad who is also renovating our 1867 Victorian "mansion". It's actually a twin but at 5,000 sq ft it's enormous. So most of my time is taken up with kids and lead paint removal. Currently 43 yrs old. Always loved scooters and had a moped 20yrs ago. Really want to find an old beat up Vespa one day. As much as I like my Vino, it doesn't have that big ole booty that a Vespa has.
Have 2 kids, my son is 5.5yrs and my daughter is 2.
Glad I found this site and wished it was around when I had my moped that was so slow I couldn't get up any hills at all! If I knew then what I know now though I could have fixed that. Thanks Brent for the site!

Sorry to hear about your medical conditions, it seems many of us have them as we age. I am always reminded of the cartoon with two cave men talking about their healthy lifestyle and still dying at 30. I guess if we make it past 30 we are on the winning side.

I am always reminded of the cartoon with two cave men talking about their healthy lifestyle and still dying at 30. I guess if we make it past 30 we are on the winning side. I can't complain much about it now. Nothing I can do about it but keep living my life as close to normal as I can. Silver lining is I get to raise my 2 kids so I'll take that win too! I always remind myself that if I was born in any other time I'd be taken out back behind the barn and shot so I got being alive in the 21st century working on my side at least

You need to eat a VERY high Magnesium/Sulphur diet and intake LOTS of red hot chilli peppers, fresh lemons, boneset and horsehair herbs, raw tumeric roots. Also NIACIN (not niacinimide) is now your new favourite (although hard to find) supplement. Take it with the red peppers for astounding increase in qi blood circulation.
and find yourself the best hot yoga practitioner and/or True Traditional Chinese Martial arts/herbalist in your city.
