All good info guys. I'm not looking to go much if any further on this one. My girlfriend is the primary rider and we're no spring chickens...dependable and not a lug in traffic is what I'm looking for so she can zip around town and make little ventures out on the country roads at the campground...now when yall hear me saying I found another gem and want to stretch it, then we'll be getting into the BIG BOYZ BIG TOYZ zone....I'm just looking to get the most of the components I've assembled without pushing them to the point its not a dependable scooter. Again thanks for all your input...I'm in the garage 😊😊😊

You have a very clean lookin scoot . It will be plenty fast enough compared to stock . This makes it a much safer scooter to get away from trouble when needed . I live in the country and every road within a half block of my house Starts at 45 mph. My wife loves to jump on her scooter and shoot into town and we do take some cruises on the his and her Vino's.

Did they send me the wrong variator tool? Top bolt isn't lining up with the hole in the tool???

Most of us dont run that gasket because we vent our cases To clean up the oxidation on the variator you can smooth it out with some 400 grit sand paper . Heres what I did for the variator tool Just used the longest bolt and a socket

The variator wasn't really oxidized that I could see...I actually have the new malossi multi var going in.

Looks so clean inside. Looking at all the paint markers, I think you're right. It might of never been apart.

New belt fitment seems too big?🤔🤔🤔 Last pic is the stock belt which i had to seat in the rear drive pulley to get around the crank pulley... I think I'll stop and wait for you guys to let me know if something isn't looking right. Thanks

Per this video I have it right. Looks like I just need to figure out the belt and button it up. I swapped the included 7g rollers for 5.5g already. youtu.be/9DhiChyJN3s
