Thought I should register and say hello as I've been lurking for a while now.
Been into bikes of all sizes for decades. But in the last few years I've become more interested in smaller capacity mopeds and 125cc machines. Perhaps due to desire to having fun at speeds which won't cost me my driving license.
So I guess you may want to know what I have?
Well in size order I currently have in my garage a BSA/Ariel 3. Which is a 3 wheeled 50cc moped but thats currently in many bits.
There is my 1973 Kawasaki MT1a, powered by a 77cc Minarelli.
An Aprilia RS50, mainly stock at the moment.
Yamaha SR125. Bought off my son who had blown the engine. Thats all fixed and turned into a sort of budget bobber.
And lastly a Kawasaki Zephyr 750 which has been turboed and all sorts. Had this for 17 years now.
Not in the least bit fazed about stripping down bikes and rebuilding. Its a hobby I guess. In fact I'm sure I enjoy that side of things more than actual riding these days.
