Killakeola and I will soon be make his Vespa ET2, Betty White (he gets credit for badass the name), fast. We want to make Betty White wicked fast. We are thinking of doing an aggressive air cooled build for now, with plans of going liquid cooled likely in the future. It's a Piaggio based 2T. I'm vaguely familiar with Piaggio and confident enough from my experience with Minas that I think we can make this a solid ripper to show up the Elite guys in Detroit.

Here's our plan and our hangup so far... Crank: rb.gy/n2xwc2Cylinder: rb.gy/5b8sawI know we need a spacer for the 85mm con-rod crank, but can anyone direct us to which spacer will work? I can't find one by Malossi.

Don't forget a $350 pipe to go with that cylinder. And oh yeah, a carb, clutch and CVT to support it.
Great name for the build!

I am wondering the same thing. I see the Stage6 spacers, but there are two different versions, which makes me think one may work better than the other or they may not work at all. I’m not sure on which to buy.

I’m not sure on which to buy. Looks like the difference between the two is the S6-79140ET07 has a larger transfer port. I'd go with that one if you couldn't find a Malossi spacer.

Looks like multiple base gaskets come w/ both, scootertuning's pic they're hidden by the head and piston not laid out like on scooterpartsco, but definitely go w/ spc save some cash for other mods.

I’ll reach out to SPC and see what they have to say. Would be sweet if one of the kits comes with the spacers needed. Maybe I can get Scootertuning to price match...

Or if you have it available: Tig a nut onto the stud and backbit out with a wrench.
Best part of a scooter named Betty White: She’ll never die!!

Try the easiest thing first IMO. See if there's enough left to get a pair of vise grips on there tight and turn it out.

Also could heat the aluminum casing around the just before twisting it out as that expands quicker than steel from what I remember.
