Sticking a strand of wire through the jet and rolling the jet around on it so you're sure to get the sides is the second best way I've found. The best is get a set of micro drill bits and find the size for your jet and run that through.

Put the old jet in. Same exact issue :-(

Is it actually engine bog? Could it just be a very crappy CVT setup, like super heavy weights making your RPM range terrible?

Well, I don't think its a fuel delivery problem from the petcock. I tried to hook up a bottle to gravity feed but it wouldn't run at all doing that. I hooked the fuel line back up to the petcock and it fired back up . I unhooked the fuel line but left the vacuum hose attached and it flows from the petcock with no issue. gravity feed should work as long as the vacuum lines are still hooked up. i still think for how little work it is to remove a petcock to check if it's clean/dirty, it's worth it.

Is there fuel in the vacuum line from the petcock? Low or overfilled on oil? Are there numbers on the jets, are you the original owner possible a previous owner swapped to a bigger jet to compensate for the vacuum leak you fixed?

Well, we're on page three. I don't know what the problem is any more. "same result" allows a lot of room for figuring out the problem. tom

I just got a 2009 Bronc Colt, 49cc 4 stroke. Not running when I got it, PO said he replaced carb 2 years ago. Got it started with ether but it wouldn't run well or long. In cleaning the carb I tried to squirt fluid through the accelerator pump nozzle and it would not go through. Checking things out, I noticed there was no hole in the end of the tube, just solid brass. You might want to check and see if this could be the situation on your carb!

I thought the acclerator squirted out the front side of the brass tube sticking out the side of the inlet. That would make the outlet visible only from the front(intake side) of the carb, through the venturi. A check is to depress the pump shaft as the lever would do, and watch. An alternative is to have someone work the throttle open and closed a few cycles. On opening, you should see a squirt. tom
