Long story short, I had a bad cylinder/piston situation and swapped them out, all good there as far as I can see and from the plug inspection etc. But, now I have an ungodly loud noise which I cannot tell if it is the flywheel side, CVT/belt, or the crank shaft is knocking. It's loud enough to drown out the exhaust even now. Fly Wheel side photos.app.goo.gl/gAvPbURQMtfhsPWZ9CVT Side photos.app.goo.gl/1ST7952CP39GswFR6

Do you have play on either side? Could be the crank.

I don't have anything in the way of north south east west, if you move when trying to jiggle the fly or cvt.
I've had people say maybe the plastic sliders are bad? But unless they are suppose to be 100% flush and snug, that doesn't seem loose. I pulled the oil pump gear out and so all that's left in the way of a spinning item is fly, cvt, belt, and the shaft. The knock just doesn't seem to be the knock of crank shaft and it wasn't knocking when the motor siezed ever so something outside that must be screwy

Have you taken the cylinder back off? Seems like a crank bearing...but could be a small end bearing? Just fishing...I would not run it. If not obvious with the usual wigglin', pull the top end and wiggle the exposed parts.
Something is cod like in there.
