Hey, that does not even count my scoot refueling station with the electric pump, O/A torch, propane torches, generator gas can, lawnmower gas can, camp lantern fuel, oil and lube supplies for various vehicles and equipment, the vehicles etc themselves, or a few dozen more aerosol cans, insecticides, herbicides, fertilizer, etc. There are quite a number of other adhesives including a about 1.5 gallons of epoxy. Then there is the plywood, sheet goods, dimensional lumber, scraps, electrical wire, etc. None of them come anywhere even remotely close to my chemical exposure from work.
Look around in your own homes and shops... :warning:

Brake Cleaner : It's a strong cleaner that will remove all sorts of stuff, including things you don't want to remove so be careful around paint and coatings. It can dry out plastics and make them brittle too. I use it for cleaning engine parts, transmission parts, brakes obviously, and cleaning carbs (I use carb cleaner for carbs if I have it, but I tend to buy brake cleaner by the case.) It will work in place of starting fluid or carb cleaner to help out with no-start conditions at times too, but it tends to have a strong odor if the engine does start. It is worth noting that most brake cleaner these days does not contain Chlorine (it will say on the can if it does not, if it doesn't mention it, it likely does contain it) and as such is much easier on paint and most polymers than it once was. It actually works decently for cleaning electronics now as the non-chlorinated version won't eat the paint off of chips or dissolve anything else common to circuit boards. Also evaporates pretty quickly.

Found this stuff a couple years ago, it works great for air box mods and connections. It is very similar to the stuff you find on some stock air box connections. Kinda like shoe goo.

Found this stuff a couple years ago, it works great for air box mods and connections. It is very similar to the stuff you find on some stock air box connections. Kinda like shoe goo. They sell this at the Dollar General for like $3. Its surprisingly strong too. Last summer was halfway through mowing the garden area down, and the head gasket on the bushhog mower let go. I didn't have another, it was 8pm on a Saturday night and I was desperate to finish. I tossed through the tool boxes and junk drawers, and four d a tube of this. Figured why not, and just glued the head to the block using a copious amount of it. I just started the old bush high this morning. Still doesn't have a head gasket and I'm not even inclined to order one too this stuff lets go. I came here to post this stuff, But was happy to see it already here. This stuff is all great for screws or fasteners that bolt to small parts in odd places. Put the fastener into the part, add a tiny drop if this, and the screw is there forever. It will easily break free when you start to tighten it, but won't fall out during positioning.
