So I work for a used car lot and have become decent friends with the repo guy. He called me a week ago and said he got me some scoots that the stl city impound threw away for scrap. Ones a 2020 icebear, catastrophic crash, engine case broken, frame pretty intact, not paper work, no keys. That ones going to be extra parts for my powermax if needed. But, the other one he gave me is a piaggio fly 150. Seems all is there except ignition and paperwork. This thing is blowing my mind. First fuel injected scoot I've had, had 6 so far.only 757 miles, bodys beat up, missing panels, broken head lamp and front fender.but it's pretty much all there. What the eff do I do with this thing? It's already been processed through the city and state as a stolen recovery. I basically have everything to do a fuel injected 3 valve swap to the powermax but is it worth it? Any input would be appreciated. I'm just not sure if I should try to swap or apply for a title on a fine Italian scoot....

Thats the Piaggio iGet engine. They are good and solid engines. I would rebuild the scoot. Body parts are all available at AF1Racing. These are good solid scoots. It has an immobilizer built into the throttle body so you need the original key. Call AF1 and see what they can do for you www.af1racing.com/af1-racing-immobilizer-ecu-service. The key sets and ignition are readily available.
