So here goes...
I have an 04 Vino that have made some slight modifications to.
70cc Malossi kit Yasuni R pipe derestricted 6g Dr. Pulley 19mm Dellorto Black with 38, 60, 96 Jets and 2nd from top clip position needle Stage 6 clutch with med springs 107mm NCY Clutch Bell NCY drive pulley Yellow Malossi clutch spring Stock airbox with snorkle removed Stock reeds Front end swap to NCY forks, 200mm brake rotor and NCY brake caliper (if you make it faster, you have to be able to stop)
Now for the tuning questions. The scoot idles fine and when I apply the throttle the clutch engages around 6k rpm. I will hold it at half throttle and the RPM climb without a problem above 10K. When I go WOT the scoot loses all power and bogs. It does not die as I can drop it back down to half throttle and get back up to speed.
Any thoughts?

What does your plug look like? It sounds like the main jet is to big. When you open the throttle wide, does it make a deep sound?

Main jet sounds a few sizes to large i run the same carb with a 40 pilot on my zuma
92 was real boggy 85 got better 82 is best
Drop one jet at a time and track top speed take the richest one that feels best that gives you best top speed .

If you work your way down to the best performing jet you really only have to chop one plug.
You may find after you go to a leaner jet you might have to readjust the needle and mixture screw .
You have a nice set up I would add a temp gauge to protect your hard work . Wot temps should level below 350 degrees on long wide open runs . I have 6 mile run that I can test mine on. 1/2 and 3/4 throttle you will level off at a notch lower than your wide open temps when tuned close .

I have a trailtech with the temp gauge installed. Highest I have seen so far was 315 so I knew there was some tuning I needed to do.
Thanks for the suggestions.

So I dropped to a 85 and I am able to go WOT without a bog. I am still tuning and want to go down to a 82 but the rain is keeping me from testing. Thanks again for the help

When i was tuning the 80 main jet would not level off it would rise so I knew that was too lean . You might be able to go a couple jets below me since the vino airbox is different the zuma airbox.
Jetting provides 80 % of the cooling for these motors so it is critical you are rich enough.

I dropped from 95-90-85-80 as my final with my stock Keeway air box and a Naraku 70cc plain cylinder. I bought a 6mm Dellorto jet kit from Glixal on Amazon for $6.99. It has 70-115 in it. I’m still learning these things as far as basic stuff even. I’ve never rejetted anything in my life. Now I’m 48 and have a toy of my own for a change. Many thanks to the amazing videos Brent does which gives me the confidence to take the damn thing apart and reassemble it.
