Hi Guys I am new to this forum. I am having trouble fiding info online on what is the power band for the combination of my BBk amd pipe.
I have yasuni r and Athena sport (basic) 700 cc. I am hoping that some of the members could shed me some light on which RPM should I keep my engine running for optimum power.
Thanks in advance

I have that Kit and pipe it is a nice set up with a wide powerband . I have run it with stock carb and a 19 mmm dellorto I found high 8700-9400 is where I set the variator so it is snappiest .

Thanks, but i am getting mix info now. I saw on the pipe data base that this pipe peaks at 11k.

My combo If I put weights on the lighter end will drift up to high 10's for rpms on ovverev. Do you have a crank that can handle living above 10 k rpms ? These are real world with wind in your face Not Dyno's Kenho ran the same athena yasuni r combo and was setting his around the 9's for rpms he moved it up when he went to the Yasuni C16. Aerox gave you a good link at pedparts here are some more www.pedparts.co.uk/blog/sports-exhaust-testing-50cc-and-70cc-sports-mopeds-part-onethe old stage 6 mk 1 is a copy of the athena basic . Buy some tuning weights and some stiffer clutch springs and try dialing it in you will need really light weights to have it spin up to 11 k rpms . Your butt dyno and top speed will tell you if you are right .

107 kph is awesome on a heavy zuma You have the better Crank that will handle higher rpms . I would look at Kenhos build or eve ryanotts . You are close to maxing out that pipe .

Also I wonder if any one could direct me on any testing data on reed stuffers hence the stage 6 intake came with 2 stuffer 24mm and 21mm i think. Would love to know qjy pros and cons between *with stuffer vs without*
Really appreciate your input.

Hey I ran a That same intake with and without stuffers I believe this duffers are actually 28 mm in 24 mm since you have the 21 mm Caro I would recommend using The smaller stuff or even if it's not the exact diameter of your carb it will still hope to flow the gasses more smoothly somethingSmart should be inserted here fluid dynamics yeah... I currently am running it without the stuffers however because I had to file down the ribcage long story shortThe stuffers do help indeed As ideally you want to have a unobstructed flow of the same diameter from the carburetor to the intake to the exhaust in ideal circumstances. I.e. braap city.

Had a similar failure. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/8764/70mph-daily-driver-end-story?page=22nd page, somewhere halfway on the page. Try looking for a Malossi small-end bearing.
