Hello new here, well i have a zhen schooter 49cc and i cant seem to get it started, when i do get it started it runs fine for the most part but after i let it sit for a while it wont start back up, i have not try agusting the fule/air on it but i have replaced a few parts when i replaced the starter relay it started right up, but after a while it will just die on me and wont start back up, i have no clue on where to start, i have look for it to spark by taken the plug out and puting the lead on it to see if i get spark, i get it some times but not all the time any one have any idea i really need to get it started and running, thanks

:welcome2:
If you have intermittent spark, you need to find out why. My first course of action would be to check all connections in the ignition system (CDI, coil, stator, kill switch, ignition switch) as well as the engine and frame grounds.
The starter relay shouldn't cause it to die out. It's only supposed to be active when you are holding the starter button.
When it is running again, I would suggest adjusting the mixture screw and idle speed. Those 2 things being out of adjustment may not be the cause of the issues you're having, but they certainly won't help the situation.

do a valve adjustment too, tight valves on 4 strokes create starting problems like this.

Take some pics please. There are fuel injected scoots, but I think you may just be seeing the wires to the automatic enricher on the carburetor. Not sure. Here's a typical two stroke carb. Speedy, I assume this is a 2T. This msg was posted in another msg in the 2T section, I just moved it here so it would get it's own attention.

Is that .05 and .06 mm or inch? If those are inches, your valves are too loose. Get the right gauge and set them again. If it's mm, the .06 should work, that's 0.00236220472".
Look over that link that Fox posted carefully and you might find the screws you need to adjust on your carb. I can see the idle speed screw in the 1st pic you posted. It's to the right, sticking straight up, with a spring on it. In the second pic, the mixture screw should be kinda below the cap and slightly toward the intake manifold.
None of that stuff will matter if you don't have spark though.
