Hi all,
Did someone ever installed //saw an mechanical water pump for the gy6 150cc long block? I can't find any parts in Europe.

Never seen one converted, or a kit. These are not really very high performance engines. So very little to be gained by liquid cooling IT.

Ive seen water cooled cylinders for sale, but not much on em. GY6s are tanks, mine runs hot and ive had her on more rides than i can count. Keep your jetting good, change your oil every few months, make sure your cooling shroud works, if youre really worried, an oil cooler would be 10 times more worth it than liquid cooling. Theyre dogs, they dont need cooling that extreme

Theyre dogs, they dont need cooling that extreme Right, sometimes the easiest way is the best way ( just add an oil cooler to be sure ) Maybe in the future I will change the cylinder head to a 4 valve. Thanks for help Honestly, running a big valve head with ported ports and polished exhaust port would demolish that. Ive seen way too many people complain about the 4 valve head not sealing right and blowing oil due to design flaws. Just dont want you wasting money on scams man, ive heard not one good review about the 4 valve

When I researched them I found that they don’t really work that well.
That engine is designed to get hot. Here in Texas it’s not and humid. That engine will get hot enough to fry an egg on. Ride it 100 miles, no problem.

Ride it 100 miles, no problem. Mine runs so hot my spark plug looks lean no matter my jetting. Jus' fuckin send er!!
