Hello all! Nice to join your forum.
I have a '96 Honda Dio (Canadian Spec), and recently purchased a RuckHouse Lowdown for Dio. I get to installing it and come to notice it doesn't clear my fender liner (under the seat, plastic rectangle). No big deal, I trimmed it to fit.
But the issues persist. The collar/ spring rub on my tire. It is a 3-10 Michelin something or other.
So I checked the website out and it seems it is literally just the Ruckus product.
So, do I try a 2.5-10 tire? I have added some pre-load to the spring to bring the collars up, and turned the bottom down an inch or so to compensate. It is very stiff, so with an inch of clearance I should be able to ride it without destroying my tire.
But then its not low... The reason for the purchase haha.
Does anyone have any ideas?

thats a pretty wide diameter shock. you can try a washer or 3 behind the top mount as spacers to move the shock outwards a little. cant go too much though.you need the nut to thread on sufficiently. and not interfere with the side panel. you can also put a spacer on the rear axle behind the wheel hub. or a combo of both. since you cant go too much on both. that or gat a chock that isnt so big round.
