Or just take it apart and learn. Or google Piaggio purejet and dive into those.

The SR50 and Scarabeo 50 early versions were both Fuel injected and carved. Putting an engine in a Zuma would require the ECU a dashboard, radiators and a lot of work. The scoots themselves are great and if it was the only one to play with most big tuners change them over to carbs. I'm keeping mine injected because its fun to play with. It's taught me a lot about CVT tuning. But when you have a gurgle or a spot where it's too rich or lean there are no jets to swap out. Stay with the carb you can build a much more powerful machine.

I would set a budget first. You could easily blow $1000 on the motor. If you want to spend that much you could build a really fast scoot.

What’s the biggest engine I can build question is like on the Land Rover (or any 4x4) boards where the question is, “What’s the largest tire I can fit on my stock or +2” or +4” lifted Rover?”
There are waaaay to many variables and most are controlled by money but the other big two are time available and skills/experience.
I don’t have money, time or 2t experience so I’m attempting to stick with easy stuff and asking questions of the experienced gentlemen here.

You can have someone design you a motor all out of billet. Then you'll have the fastest you can do just like you asked. Or you can keepp to off the shelf parts. Give us a little more stuff to work with otherwise you'll get answers that are all over the place and will get you nowhere.
