Plug the bottom hose clamp thing that would be used to fee the catalyitic converter in the stock 2008-2011 performance. If you dont seal it up tight it will cause you to run leaner

That looks to be an "upgrade" on the usual chinarelli air box,is there a hole in the top for a snorkel??.

Thats the point, to make it leaner. This airbox is for modified scooters up to 100cc... Here are some more pics... You can see theyve removed the lower bolt to put the large rubber intake boot. Pretty sure its usually just installed as is, Not much room to run a snorkel with the cvt in the way... You can also see on the installed airbox where i have the hole plugged for the converter... photos.app.goo.gl/G3EnEd63SD8pixhA6

Your last pictures are not showing up,my concern is that you will be running lean and overheat the cyl.

Here are some more picture added to that photo album, there is actually 2 extra holes in the airbox. One next to the regular intake and one at the bottom. photos.app.goo.gl/G3EnEd63SD8pixhA6The parts label says bws100. I was able to figure out this airbox is from Yamaha YW100 100cc - Beewee Looks just like a zuma... I tried to find a service manual to see the airbox connections but havnt been able to find one yet.. Main Jets Currently at 86 at sea level stock airbox

I Played around with the air box a little... I was at 86 jet with the stock airbox, so put in a 95 jet with new airbox. Runs Crappy, no power at full throttle... ** I decided to plug the hole next to the snorkel, the one you can see the air filter right threw it. It felt like it was to much direct air flow at full throttle. I had a silicone cork that fit perfect, so after i tune i can easily pull out and see the difference. If you look at the pictures you can see the air coming in from the bottom hole has to pass threw the air filter twice so it gives more resistance. So i am using that one as well as the original snorkel inlet. Now with one of the 3 input holes plugged I went back to my old 88 jet settings that were a little rich. At full throttle it had perhaps too much power, felt lean, so going to try a 90 next. ... Still using stock carb, but plan on adding a 21mm PHBG one day This is the hole i plugged, one the right side...

So weird..
With the ONE hole plugged, the plug is darker than with the original airbox. Same settings.. I put oil the filter too...
If i open all the holes at full throttle it dies, from 88 90 95 jet. (didnt try 92) couldnt tell if it want richer didnt feel like trying...
Probably going back to stock airbox as i had it running great and balanced..
Save this airbox to try with a bigger carb..
_________
Ive read air pod filters can be finiky in changing weather... Thats why i was hoping to plug the hole with direct air flow...

After inspecting more i figured out that the 100cc airbox snorkel has a smaller hole, plus there is some rubber from casting sticking out in the inside corner...
