Which would be faster? I know 232s rip, but my old Helix was fast and the Elite is lighter and smaller

Many of the 232's actually have a higher top end than Honda's various 250's... Think low 80's VS low to mid 70's.
But... (and it's a big but...)
You can hold the Honda WFO ALL DAY LONG and that bike won't care at all as the engine is under stressed. The GY6 based 232? That higher top speed isn't sustainable for any distance and the "reliable" (reliable is a relative term here as the 232's aren't renowned for general reliability at any speed TBH) cruising speed of a 232 build is notably lower than one of the Honda 250's.
The GY6 really starts to lose all reliability in any build over 63mm, and that's only if you use Taiwanese cases(180cc). If you use the stock 'A' cases, you can put a thin wall 61mm in there, but unless you bore the cases for a thick wall 60mm or 61mm cylinder, your most reliable BBK on stock cases is really a 58.5mm which will bring the engine to 155cc.

Matt Ive decided to get a smaller motor built for me by a GY6 guru. I was actually looking on your site to see if you had 150 pipes. All there seems to be is that chrome one, but i may go with that

As far as exhausts, We think the Taiwanese made stainless SSP-G pipe is the best on the market, especially for the price. Matt

Matt Im not gonna spoil much until i get the motor in the process of being built, but ill say its a little north of 200ccs 🤤 I really didnt want a chrome pipe, but i honestly dont think itd look that bad as the bike is gonna have some chrome. Itll fit a long case 150 with no swingarm, right?
