Im building airsal 88xtrem aerox and theres almost nothing of airsal 88 scooters anywhere. Does someone here have any experience of this cylinder?

Welcome to the forum. I have no experience with this kit. But it looks fast. Are you running the matching stroke crank? I'm guessing you have to machine the cases?

Will be great to see how it compares to the other high end kits. Airsal kits are normally good value for the performance.

Will be great to see how it compares to the other high end kits. Airsal kits are normally good value for the performance. Yea and i have seen over 25hp dynosgraphs from few aeroxses and minarelli copy scooters whit xtrem 88 my target is to hit 140kmh/86mph and 5.5 0-100kmh/60mph

if thats your goal for 86 top speed and 5.5 seconds i would deff. look into porting that bad boy. i have never owned this exact kit but it is similar to the mallosi 50mm hyper race bores with 7 transfers except airsail has only 6 tranfers. i had one for minarelli except standard stroke that was ported and the 86cc vers unported , According meted noticeable difference and I think there's even more Room to enlarge or white in the exhaust on this kit

Heres my setup rn -Stock 88 xtrem -airsals own crank -most 86-90cc exhaust -28vhst br by dellorto whit 145 main jet And 40 pilot jet -vforce 3 by s6 -tpr360 manifold -mvt premium ingition -lafuria rossa variator set whit 5.5g rollers -torque control clutch -malossi red torque spring -s6 red clutch springs -wingbell clutch bell by s6 -polini 13/44 primary transmission -s6+%40 pump
First start will be next week and then i have some 3 weeks before the wheater is good for riding and my to do list for that time is
-polini bearing transmission cover -s6 cnc clutch bell -new air filter by pippercros -gas shock for the rear
