i have to tell, this week was ridiculous to me.
a Minarelli 2 cylinder engine 102cc x2 with 34mm Dellorto carb´s and same special stuff XD i can´t tell. But the dyno show´s 70HP++
in youtube is a video thats shows almost the same XD engine but we are goning to do 80HP arround Without NOS/NOX XD. Here watch: watch?v=DuaFu6WLPzE
For the DSSC i think it´s posible that this scoot shows off 2022 oder 2023 with NOS/NOX doing 100hp+ for a short time! XD

over 50hp on 125cc back in 199X when the engineering stops. the max power is unknown. but with referance i think it was 55-->60HP 230-240km/h +++ For the inlet and ex timings the best ever duration is 127-130° in and 190 out! lower or higher you lose power!. the goeal is to do that with max port aera!! bigger ports/ less rersistens. but in hight there is the 190^limit! with extrem smals ex ports you can go higher like 195-200° but only you need a extream peak power. Best to do is a max big area and alow ex port! For example a Top DuePlus with 199° ex port vs a Malli MHR REplica with 182°ex the intake is by both almost the same. and both do with 21mm carb ..... a 13-14hp but the molossi dide that hat 10000 rpm arround and the dueplus dos tham same power at 12000-12500 Rmp. big ass ports are king!!! thats the blueprint all extream kit´s are build on! BAck in the 500GP you have that power 4 times! 500cc 200hp but i thing its more like 240-250HP in a bike thats like 130kg!!!  |

CVT shimming 0.05mm vs 0.8mm. 0.8 is better 0 to___ but 0.05 is 7,5km/H ( 4-5mph) more topspeed.  SEtup: Steagex Sport/ athena Sport with 17,5 dellort.  Setup: Stagex racing/ Athena Racing with only 17.5mm Dellorto!  and here, only for flex XD all tested Exhaust´s  And the Oem Gearing is by Minarelli/Piaggio/Morini and the china shit is i dont know XD  and this are the gearings posible to buy with % in longer or shorter Minarelli  Piaggio  And this is the recommended Gearing for a Sport kit/ Setup! From MAlossi/ Polini DR-TopPerformence/ Stage xx  have fun with that info! XD |
