I'll try to change the needle position tomorrow. As I cleaned the carb, I didn't tried to not change the mixture screw position, so they are the same as before.

Heavier weights would make it harder to climb hills because you are upshifting sooner. Lighter weights shift Later . You just maybe facing the upper end of your horsepower running out as you climb the hill.

I have the jog r ,I run a stealth exhaust and standard 50cc cyl.you can't compare the engine to an aerox or expect the same speeds from your jog.the rollers are light they will have come with that fancy pipe.6 or 5.5 gram is standard and you need the O.E.belt (738mm)I would take a step back try a set of 5.5 with the correct belt and see how you like it.mine keeps up with the traffic but tops out a 65kph and 7krpm but does it seamlessly from a standing start, and it loves hills.keep us posted.

Hello, it is me again, I think I know where the problem at. As I know, the leovince tt that is fitted on my jog makes the most power at around 8.5-9k rpm, but my bike, for some reason, has a problem. The rpms at acceleration are quite high and it accelerates fast, but it just drops the rpm when it reaches about 50-55km/h what could be the problem? I don't have a tachometer yet (will have it in around a month), but judging by the sound, the rpm drop is quite big.

Are you at your original baseline for carb settings and weights in the variator of 4 grams . Are you adjusting on the cvt or carb right now ? Does this problem happen if you roll to half to 3/4 throttle or only of you go wide open . Does it happen worse when the scoot is warmed up
A out of tune Carb or CVT can provide your symptoms .
If you could post a video . So we can hear the sound of you revving it up from a stand still a few times and a couple times jammimg on it to wide open ,So we can hear what you are hearing .

Carb is the original gurtner 12mm one, but I am not sure about the main jet size, the mixture now seems to be fine, not too lean not to rich. The rollers are malossi 4.8h ones, I am thinking of getting lighter ones, 4g or less, so I will be able to mix them. About the video, I don't know if the rpm loss will happen if the scooter will stand on its center stand, because it started snowing here, so I don't want to ride, because its wet and slippy. The problem doesn't seem to be affected by the warmth of the engine, the rpm drop happened and after 5 minutes of running and after 20 minutes. About the WOT and 3/4, the problem is the same.
Maybe it is just the roller weights?

It still sounds like your rollers are too heavy to me. Once the CVT is out of movement. The weight are too heavy, and the RPM drops. If not the CVT it sounds like the torque drive isn't operating properly.

Hello, put my old rollers in and did a few runs today, the speed is inconsistant, at most runs the top speed was 55km/h, but there was one run where i reached 80km/h, I don't knoe what caused. I noticed that it gains some speed at a little hill in the road. I have some vids of the runs, but I don't know where to upload them.

The little speed gain at 50km/h in the second run was on a little hill on the road.

Ok, cruised for 30 minutes and I think I've found the problem. The scooter does 75-80km/h, it has the top speed, but the problem is that it struggles to accelerate from 50km/h to 60km/h, when it gets past this gap, the rpm starts to rise and it accelerates fine again until top speed. What could be the problem?

What condition are the rollers in? You don't want any flat spots on them.

They have some flatter spots, but they are like 1mm wide

What condition are the rollers in? You don't want any flat spots on them. What could be the reason of rollers wearing fast? The new rollers I put in like a week ago already have some minor flattening on them, I didn't even ride in intensively.
