The crank case looks good to me, what do you guys think?
Now that I have a photo of the crank shaft, does it look like the same one someone suggested earlier?
Cylinder diameter is 57.1mm, length 90mm, does that sound like regular/stock size?

The specs of the one I linked you to are Stroke: 57.8mm Overall Length: 285mm Flywheel Thread Size: M12x1.25 Flywheel Thread Length: 14mm Drive End Thread Size: M12x1.25 Drive End Thread Length: 14mm Inner Diameter (piston pin hole): 15mm Number of Splines: 19 Comparing it to your crank will let you know. Looks the same though.

Looks the same though. I finally measured it today, overall length is 295mm, the variator side is longer. Has anyone run into this kind of crankshaft for gy6? Variator splines is 19. Best I can find it's crankshaft for 250cc gy6. If I replace the entire engine with a 157QMJ engine (mine is a short case engine), do I need to be concerned about the crankshaft length, would some part of the drive train possibly not fit?

If u haven't replaced yet u can install the crank by putting crank in freezer for 5 or 6 hrs and when ready slightly heat the case where the crank bearing sits with like a burns o matic be careful not to heat too much and while hot take crank from freezer it should drop in with little to no force from the hot cold expansion it works great I use method to replace ball joints in German cars

They also sell ssp-g crank case kits that come various ways with cranks cases and cylinder kits starting around 450 also not a bad way to go and ur upgrading cc. They have 180cc cases machined for the 180cc cylinders which u cant put into a 150cc case unless u have the case bored
