Shit happens. This is too good of a site to not to participate in some way . Went riding couple of days ago, weather was great. Honda was sounding rich, but power was there. Then on the way home scoot started sputtering and died on me. Fouled plug. Last time I tuned this thing was winter and even then it was too rich.

I've been selling some of my stuff. ATV4x4, Tricycle LT50, Benelli X49 and Baotian Retro 81cc.
....and then there were four. Leftovers that I'm having real hard time to sell and aiming to keep.

I love when a plan comes together... I just did a quick test fitting and X8R 50 variator cover to SH100 will fit with a +-5mm spacer. Engine mounts are the same and 139qmb wheel seems to fit to sh100. This gives me a plenty of options. Cylinder stud spacing is about 76mm, so I will be keeping a look out for cylinders with that spacing.

I'm in to recycling stuff. So using different variations from same tech makes a reason. Uh, this rabbit hole is getting deeper . SH100 has cylinder stud spacing of 54.5-55mm from center of stud to stud. Peugeot 100cc (Speedfight/Elyseo) have the same spacing and you could find 55mm bore with nicasil coating. This would be the easiest option. Then there's Yamaha Aerox 100cc cylinder with 57.5mm bore. Cylinder height is almost the same (107.5 to 108mm). But cylinder stud spacing is 53mm between studs. Nice 11cc more and you never want to go lower. SH100 gearing is something between 1:11.2-11.7. I don't have SH100 variator cover, but original X8R50 primary gears would fit, but will change the gears to 1:13.9. This will give the option to use X8R variator cover.

That's going to be an interesting mashup of parts.

Have been having fun with El Toro . But sadly, I put her for sale. Maybe nobody wants her and I could mod her for evermore.

Hondarelli is now called EazyRider. So smooth riding that it should be criminal.
Was having so much fun while testing that I forgot to tidy up some loose ends .

SH100 engine has a new Aerox100 cylinder with 57.5mm bore. Lowered cylinder -3mm from the bottom. BDC is almost perfectly level with transfers without gasket. 52 vs 57.5 bore. Welded right side of the cylinder wall to be able to match with the case transfers. BDC Pipe. May have to change muffler location.
