190mech right there with you, sir! Jumped on it this afternoon. It is on the way from Sparky as we speak. I just hope the Postal Service doesn't take it via scenic route this time. Last part I ordered went from Spartanburg to Columbia to Newark back to Columbia and then to Myrtle.

Yeah, Get2it's site will time out if there's any lingering. It timed out on me a couple times. Was ordering while at work, so there were interruptions.
I am looking at and leaning toward the SSPG 54mm on partsforscooters. I had it in my head earlier that I wanted to do an LC build, but after pricing out the Hoca 53mm plus all the parts, that's gonna have to wait a sec. I'd like to be able to ride this thing before next year. Lol.
Now as for pipe, I gotta figure that one out. I don't know much about the 100cc pipes, so I've got some research to do. Am totally open to suggestions.

The more you read the more you learn. Adly/Herchee must have had some hand in DRR ATV production during the last 90s and early 2K addition to Arctic Cat, Can Am, and Polaris. Looks like another avenue to find some parts. Pretty sure this exactly the same stuff on AdlyParts and other sites. I did not know that. 🤔 Lol. www.drratvparts.com/drr-atv-parts-1999-2004/drr-atv-parts-1999-2004-drx-90-157

On the list! I have a couple spares around the garage but I think this cylinder is gonna be a little tall for them. As for the fan, may have to get a new setup. Iave a stator and cover for the Keeway, but I don't think they will translate to the new crank since its 10mm thread. I know my RT has a 6 coil stator with a flywheel using 4 fan screws. Still, I'm a do some research. It looks like the DS90 used a 7 coil 5 wire stator, so it may yet be possible to use what I have with a M10 nut and a washer as long at the woodruff key lines up. When the crank gets here, I'm going to see how things fit together.

x7rocks They are certainly out there. I found mine by checking eBay on the regular after balking on a pair of Arctic Cat 90 cases. I seriously missed out on that deal. There are also a ton of cognates. Adly/Herchee made 2 stroke motors for a lot of folks in the late 90s into the 2000s. A few of the ones I know of are Active Cat Youth 90 2T, Adly 90, Bombardier DS90. A couple that seem to fit the same configuration as the Adly (at least the internals seem same if cases aren't long enough) are the DRR 90 2T, Apex 90 and even this Yerf Dog Monsoon 90 that I found. ebay.us/a2LQ2AOther builds use some of the same parts as the Herchee motors such as late 90/early 2k Polaris 2t motors and Kasea Skyhawk. I don't think the cases themselves are quite as long but some of the internals match up. Keep looking and you'll find one. Trying to track them down is part of the fun!

I've been looking into the longer case 90 blocks for a build rather than doing a short wheel build from a polaris 90 block i have laying around. But thanks for the engine info, ill keep a look around Edit found one! Gonna snag it up

Damn right! That is a much bigger cylinder 😂. Definitely have to get a new housing and fan. This old one is a tad snug. Bearings are in the deep freeze. Gonna try to get the cases prepped. Still need to get a carb, pipe, variator, and clutch assembly. Shouldn't be too hard to pull those last pieces.

Do you have the longer 90cc cylinder studs yet?
