The Next R 100 is the same pipe as their 50cc!If you gotta have a TechniGas,the RS II has the right dimensions,,need to read the pipe section here; 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/10395/stroke-pipe-building-information?page=1As said, some good 70cc pipes can be made to a nice 90cc pipe by adding length in the right location..A C16 is an awesome 70cc pipe, too short for a 90+ motor, but adding a 40mm spacer at the end of the headpipe(38mm) the length is all good...Just an example of what can be done when the correct pipes are not out there...

That doesn't fill you with confidence when a company will market the same pipe for a 50cc, as a 100cc.

Lord these gears! So help me I could strangle Adly's designers sometimes. Love the way these bikes fit together and run, but man I hate looking for their parts. I think I found one of the last 48/12 countershafts on the planet. Lol. Clearly not, but it did take me 2 days of digging. Now that's over with, The 13t input and 36t output shafts should present less of an obstacle.

depending on what your goal for the is engine is going to be, you could always try and track down the builder of the Peace Pipe exhausts. i don't know if he still makes those pipes, but maybe you could see if you can commission him to build you a pipe to suit you desired outcome.

try looking into gear sets for the Chinarelli short case and long case. those might fit up.

repherence2 yessir! I did. Had a time with that too. I'm still learning how everything fits together on the gears. Didn't want to jump the gun and order something that I couldn't use. Trying to proceed slowly and carefully. It's frustrating at times, but that's part of the journey right? 😉 I have a long case QJ1E40QMB that I have to finish pulling apart. need to see if the previous owner tore up anything in the gear box, so I'm gonna fiddle around with the gears just to see the differences. Interesting findings. The Polaris gears which look exactly the same as the Adly seem to have 1 less tooth. Kept running into 11/47 sets. Was gonna try to figure that out but got lucky and found a 12/48 through eBay and snagged it. Got the 13 primary and the 36 output shafts on the way as well, so all good! Since Adly is not really doing anything in the US any longer, the parts are disappearing. Damned shame. I really do love their stuff.

Right! So I finally made the decision to get the YMS V8 pipe to start. The RS2 was a bit too pricey after considering multiple sales outlets. Everything is on the way, so now, I wait. lol. Glad the searching part is over. looking forward to getting the hands dirty again!

Glad the searching part is over. looking forward to getting the hands dirty again! Are you looking at the black V8? I would recommend the sectional. It has better flow. The black V8 can work but it does not have the top end wide-open-throttle performance as the sectional BWS 100 V8. Just so you know, some V8 pipes need spacers when mounting them to the engine case. It's as simple as using old roller weights to fill the gap as spacers.

repherence2 This is the one I got. Unless PFS is messing with me its for the BWS100. Apparently I snagged the last one too. So not a moment too soon.

If it's listed for the bws100 you should be good. I was thinking that you ordered the black one with plastic heat shield, normally sold for 50-70cc. You should be good with the pipe that you posted.

I saw they had that one too. Glad I squeeked in the door with this one. After you posted that photo of the 3KJ-W017, I went down the rabbit hole and ended up on what I think is the company website. The have TON of minarelli pipes! Really awesome looking stuff! Sadly I couldn't really find anybody stateside that carried it. I did see that a few people on AliExpress were offering them, but I've never used that service and am apprehensive. Still, that 4VP-10W looks really nice!
