It's very hard to turn on even after 1 hour of standing, when it turns on if I twist the throttle a bit it revs high and stays at high rev, after I drive it a few minutes it running normal no high rev by itself, and it turns on in a second with e starter or kick... The mix screw, idle screw doesn't fix it, it runs perfectly normal when it's warm ( 4-5 minutes of driving)

I just noticed that I can start it if I put my hand on the air filter intake when the engine is cold , someone set the idle screw and fuel air screw because I tough I am a complete retard, it rev high when it cold by itself, but when its warmed it stays at low rpd when idle and doesnt rev itself up, also while running if I put my hand on the air filter intake in goes off in 1-2 seconds , so I don't think it takes air from somewhere else , the filter is clean sealed....

When you start it cold it's on the enricher circuit so I would start there looking for leaks. Maybe the O-ring on the enricher is bad or it isn't seated tight.

I changed choke, Air filter, sealing gaskets, none of the above solved it, then I changed the whole carburetor with a brand new one and it works without problems, I guess its age (2000) reached the limit
