Is it possible to salvage the crank by using my old fan and ninja star looking thing ?

It looks like the crank theads are ok . The stael crank has some aluminum ground in the threads If you need to you can clean them up with small diamond files .
A new variator fan and star key would be best to cut down on vibration .

That looks bad. You could try cleaning it up with a file. Like zino said, that variator is probably toast. And definitely replace the star washer, they are cheap.

It,s not good your outer variator plate is toast, very carefully take a small file and clean the crank splines as best you can and take some pictures of the result, your on a knife edge here so if your not sure ask before any action, having to change the crank is a major job.

You need new star washer. The teeth on your current one are too worn down.
You can use a triangle file to try and repair the splines and remove the raised metal.

those should work.
don't worry, you got this. i guy i know ran his 4 stroke scoot till the belt snapped. the variator assembly got so hot, the plastic on the rollers melted, the plastic fan on the drive face melted, and the splines on the crank was jacked up like yours. i told him to use a triangle file to repair the splines and take his time because i had to hit up the local shops for replacement parts.
he accomplished it. therefore, you can too. but as it was recommended, wait till you get the new star washer before you remove too much metal. the splines are already compromised. you can file and check fit with the new washer. like it's done in the hot water department where i work, "Minimize metal removal".

Ok so now scooter hits thirty eight miles and hour
New issue
Sigh
It won't maintain the speed it dies and drops to like twenty miles and hour then will climb to thirty eight again but it will do the cycle again and drop down to twenty
