Can someone please tell me if this working properly

01 prebug star0ter issues at end just gotbfaint click by ground. Does this video show proper opera tion. It's my first 50cc starter so I have no clue if it just needs good ground cleaning. Wires are jokes man the alligator clips I order from wish has bigger wire than the ground for sure. It was tight tho dirty as hell but tight. Anyhow here is vid link

Yes the link works fine,starter woes normally start at the relay just a few $$ from your local car parts store or flea bay.
