If it is Bogging you are probably a couple jets off . You could make bigger Jumps and then dial in.

so changed the jets to 40 and 110, It feels like it never goes like it should, slower than stock on acceleration and stock carb Moving up to a 112 next I have been from a 104 to 114 and cant seem to get it to do any thing. It slowly gets to 25 then stops accelerating

Stock air box snorkle in ? Does you Spark plug have light brown dark brown color ? Think Graham cracker brown is perfect chocolate is to rich and marshmallow color is dangerous . When carbs wont rev they usually are too rich when they rev with no power they are lean . Can you post a video with it running all warmed up so we can hear you idle it rev it at half throttle and full throttle and a picture of you current plug from a top down angle and a side angle . So we can compare it to this

So we can compare it to this I am going to order some new plugs and to get a better read, the last thing I did was move the e clip from the 3rd position to the 5th and this made it run like total garbage. I am going to go the other direction and see if that helps. My other though is maybe I dont have the right clutch spring for the pipe and its engaged before I can get the motor into the power band

What weights are you running . I was running 5 to 5.5 grams with a similar set up . If your weights are too heavy you shift earlier if your clutch springs are stiff you engage later . So you would start in second gear.
One way too tell is rev it up with the cvt cover off if the variator shifts before the tire spins you need to adjust . If the variator shifts after tire spins it is correct

If the variator shifts after tire spins it is correct I just looked up the specs on the kit I put in there and the weights are 7G and it feels exactly how your describing. I feels like I am in second gear as soon as I take off and its slow to get going like taking off in 2nd on a manual bike. Luckily while searching for stuff I found my box of scooter parts and I have 4 or 5 sets of roller weights in there from the last build I did 12 years ago, I am going to get the scale out and see what I have. I am only on a cul-de-sac I live on and have limited room so I have not checked top speed the bike is in none op status at the moment

So I think I know the issue now! I didnt know the new pipe had baffles in it that need to be removed. The baffles are made to restrict it to 2hp
