Hi,I own Malagutti F12R LC from 2008 with stock 50ccm cylinder, new dellorto PHBN LS 17.5 carb.,malossi multivar and malossi wild lion exhaust. I have few questions,to help tuning it: -what's good combination for main jet/needle for this setup (phbn ls comes with main jet 90 and needle A12,which only works fine if I remove pipe from airbox, which doesn't make sense for stock scooter without kit) -roller weight/contrast spring to get best powerband for wild lion (my weight 115kg),rev target?? (currently 6.5g rollers in multivar and stock spring) In general I'm not begginer in this, I have experience tuning piaggio scooter which I drove last 10 years..but with minarelli no experience. So if someone has similar setup I would appreciate to share, thank you

Sounds like the main jet is too big. The needle should be fine for your setup, just might need to move the position. I would buy a pack of jets to help tune it. It should use the 6mm Dellorto jets, the same as the Piaggio scooters.

Acc is ok,revs are about 7500 max, with lighter rollers I get 500 more and final speed is 65-70km/h

With that pipe it has a very wide low starting powerband I like my Clutch engagement around 5k . So light or medium springs ( 1000 or 1500 rpm springs ) I set the weights so they engage about 500-1000 rpms less than peak rpms . So between 7000-8500 rpms is what I have been targeting depending If I have a Stock Cylinder or 70cc.
That is my go to pipe for sport type builds . On your side of the pond the Giannelli go and Polini Speed are the same pipe

Would it fit to my F12r without modifications, except adding shims? Now I have preety good acc but I miss that final speed like on my piaggio I drove before.

Zeezy I did pair a multi var with a 122m pulley I reference it as a budget overrange in my zuma build I was very happy with it gave me that extra low gear for take off. polini belt 248.041 was a perfect fit front and back and has measurements of 775X17.5X30 Here is the thread that Ryan Ott started about the 122m pulley. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/24543/top-performance-td-belt-length
