Check your grounds are properly grounded. Check spark plug. Check kill switch and brake light wires on brake levers. Try spraying a little ether/carb cleaner into the carb intake.

Fuel, properly timed spark, proper air fuel mix, compression.
Shotgun parts replacement is NEVER the way to work.
Download a service manual from our library here and go through the troubleshooting chart step by step. DO NOT skip any steps.

I had one where spark plug worked when testing but put back in would not work.Put new one in and fine. . I've also had that with the cheap plugs from Amazon. I ordered a carb one time and it came with a plug. Mine was old so I figured I'll throw this one in for a bit till I Grab a ngk. Well a day later running like shit and sparking from plug when out there was a hair line crack in porcelain u couldn't really see by electrode. Banged in a ngk issue fixed

ziginc.... Take off ALL the new stuff. VERIFY that it will start with the old parts re-installed. Put ONE new part on at a time. Verify it will still start. Add more, one at a time, verifying. In theory, you should find the one part that is causing it to fail to start. IF you bought the 'Orange Performance Coil/CDI/PLUG' you are wasting your $$, IMO. They are not very good, nor very reliable. Old cheap stock parts are better, AFAIK. Carbs seem to be a crap shoot. Some are fine, out of the box, while others seem to have loose/missing parts, and possibly junk in the float bowl or passages. You don't know until you install.
