It's a sunworld 28mm 45 pilot 125 main...
The idle screw doesn't do anything I can crank it all the way in or take it clear out and idle speed doesn't change... its around 4200 rpms a stock 90cc.

The Slack in the throttle cable may be all used up .
Look in side of the carb throat with the airbox off and see if the slide moves up and down as you turn the idle speed mixture in and out .
Also Check for a air leak

The slide doesn't move when I turn the idle screw. I'm wondering if it's just wore out...

Let the slack out of the cable adjustments and see if you can bottom out the slide . Did you take the slide apart when installing and put it back together wrong .
On the dellorto and mikuni carbs you can install the slide 180 degrees wrong and the throttles is stuck open .
one of the pwk guys needs to clarify if that can happen on the pwk.
