Hello all, i just installed my aftermarket clutch and clutch bell they are bigger than my oem. Turns out that my clutch bell seems to be rubbing on the inside of the cvt cover, what can be done to fix this? Do i shave some of the inside foem the cvt cover?

You could try shimming the clutch outward but be very cautious of spline engagement on the clutch bell and also cover interference when you put the cover back on. Sometimes parts just won’t work together. 😔

Also watch out with over sized variator's I run a naraku variator and I get the belt rubbing in the starter Bendix when the variator is fully extended. Didn't see if u were running a 139qmb or gy6 it's not a issue if a gy6 but if it's happening in a qmb u will see half the belt on the top will have a rub mark in it. I am still working on a solution at the moment
