Do I need to use some specific grease or just a regular one for my fork bearings? Any recomendations are welcome.  |

I use that red stuff that comes in tubs at the auto parts store.

Any name brand NLGI #2 grease would work fine, but id recommend some sort of waterproof marine grease since it won't get serviced often and is better for those applications.

I use Lucas red and tacky for stuff like that

I use Mobil 1 Synthetic a lot and BelRay Waterproof Grease is probably about as popular as it gets for bikes.
