i'll send two pictures of what the wiring should be looking like so that you should at least be able to figure out the dangling ones, etc. With no battery, these will start and run as long as the key ignition is in the on position. The kill switch is non-operable when there is no battery present.

and from your other thread, that is the wrong sparkplug. replace it otherwise troubleshooting getting spark will be difficult. i just replaced a b7es that was causing misfiring with a ngk br9es. that one runs well now.
