NcY expansion chamber pipe. Added much horsepower.
70cc NCY BBK which didn't add much power and it would still seize even with a main jet super rich so you couldn't even drive it.

21mm Arrehe Carb, wow this added as much power as everything else combined. Problem is parts are hard asf to source but it's a whole new machine.

I wanted too end so I bought a complete $400

Well then I realized it didn't fit them spline coming from the crankshaft at all so I bought a Dremel and I dreamed off the teeth on the front variator on the overdrive stuck it on and then instead of using the overdraft drive malasi drive face I just used to stock drive face which does have teeth unlike the malasi one. So I guess for the front variator that doesn't have to be teeth on both sides for it to work I mean I've driven this for a thousand miles and it's so much smoother just getting out and driving it's immediately feel so much smooth.

That overdrive system did add 9mph top speed but I'm uncomfortable driving it at high RPMs

The weights that came with work way too late so I put some epoxy in them which made it a little bit better. But I just put some 7.5 g ones and now which make it accelerate pretty slow and sound very deep but I can cruise around at over 40 on the GPS (50 dial) barely or not even 8,000 RPM where stock would be 10k+.I can get the 49 miles an hour even ~10,000 RPM and that's a stock gearing.

It's top speed now on land is 49 gps and I can do 40 dial going up a steep hill it couldn't even do 20 stock and I put superheavy rollers on. With the light rollers it would do power wheelie with same top speed, but I want this to be reliable.

I just need to change the gearing for high top speed and then put some light rollers on. Oh and get a new reliable top end I'm probably just going to get another cheap one my last one only lasted about a thousand miles but that's with 10 soft seizures at the beginning with the stock carb.

welcome to the forum fellow roughie .
We are all learning as we build these scoots up the trans on these is not a standard minnarelli it is a qmb139 style .
With that 21mm carb dialed in you can keep a better bbk kit cool enough and well fed to get good power .

So any Cast Iron Sport Kit Malossi ,Polini,Stage 6 ,Top Performance Trophy ,DR70 would be a notch better than the NCY .

Too help out the next guy from seizing .
How Big a Jet did you run in the Stock carb with your Combo and what size pilot jet ?

It would not stop seizing until i raised the needle clip position to the richest one. I suspect I need to order a new needle or manually mod this one to be richer. Pilot is a 20 and main is a 90 ut i am going to richem them both up.

If I put like a Sport Kit $250 in it would it significantly increase power?

malossi,polini,stage 6 ,top performance trophy are all closer to $150

I would recommend the Stage6 streetrace cylinder over any other kit for the roughhouse. As far as I know there is no Overrange CVT setup available for the Roughhouse. However it is possible to convert the roughhouse crank, bearings, seals and CVT to a Zuma spec and then use a Zuma overrange setup. Ive not done that Roughhouse to Zuma swap but I did some research into the bearings, seals and cranks and they all exist. Could be an interesting swap, ive not seen it done before.
