Well, I don't know what's going on here...
I just received a couple idle and main jets from Aliexpress. So I was running a 40 Idle jet, and 76 main jet, as you can see in the pictures above, so I tried 2 different setups:
42 idle + 80 MJ = white spark plug; 42 idle jet + 85 MJ = white spark plug;
I don't know what's going on here, because once I mount the 12mm stock carb back, the same spark plug turns out coffee, even with a 76MJ.

A bigger carb will suck in more air. So needs a bigger jet. You can't really compare jet sizes with different size carbs.

Yeah I know bud, but this carburetor was from a Sp2, which usually comes with 53 MJ. My engine is stock, so as the exhaust, so I don't know why is running so lean, with a 85 MJ.

It does sound like you might have an air leak somewhere. There are a few different ways to build a leak tester here. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/506 might be worth a go, to make sure everything is ok. Are the seals on the carb ok? The can go flat if you are changing jets a lot.
