Exhaust on new shoes fitted, topped up oil and running. Then the brake cable, the back end easy. I then took the lever end apart which came with the used cable looks very complicated. It goes to a smaller lever which you can lock on which also goes across to the front hydraulic brake and locks them both on that I shall do in situ tomorrow working upside down ☺️

Hmmm the Honda fairies beat me to do the front brake. Moved lever and went to pull out piston and noticed it didn't push in very far so I put lever back on bolted the master cylinder back to the bars and it works no pumping up of lever. The only thing I did other day was add fluid to dry cylinder try to bleed it but lever just went back to handlebar and overnight tied lever back. Maybe that did the trick. Now got front end together time to get on with the rest soon.

A bit of a tidy up. You would have a great scooter for yourself there Milly. Would be nice but I got the 2 50cc's left and even though we been given the go ahead to start working again in the schools things are rather slow moving so off it goes to keep the wolves from the door. ☺️

Battery on May well get a black panel to match the one I put on there which has gold metalic in it, Most likely cheaper than paint and faffing about at cost of £20 on eBay.
