Hu that looks really easy should be able to get that done this weekend I might as well order a spring just in case so I have it at hand or just replace it while I have it apart but should I pick up a slightly harder spring or just a original strength spring they are priced pretty much the same which is why I ask

You could probably benefit from a slightly harder spring. Just don't go crazy.

If you go heavier on the spring, you will most likely have to change your roller weights. It is a balance between the weight of the rollers and the strength of the spring.
You should look into a Tuning Roller Kit and a tachometer. Tuning rollers are not meant for continuous use. You use them to dial in the CVT and then replace them with rollers meant for constant use when you find the weight at which the variator shifts to your liking.
Too much weight, the variator shifts too soon. Too little weight, the variator shifts when you are past your power band.

Update time! so i ended up getting a stock strength replacement spring as i did not want to risk causing damage getting one that was too stiff.
although the replacement stock spring did have slightly more tension to it then the one mounted there before i also cleaned it and re greased it.
im still unable to push it much with my hands maybe my model dose not have much movement or i have weak ass baby hands and or a combination of both.
Ether way the acceleration improved ALOT it no longer nearly stops accelerating at 35-40 it keeps going at a steady rate up to 55-60km/h.
takeoff is still a bit slow i still need to push it with my feet when cold to help it get moving. Once warm its better but still a bit slow between the 0-10range.
So i probably need stronger springs still but i lack the proper tools to install harder ones my normal hand spring puller is just not enough for the 6k and 7k rpm springs so i need to find a more creative way to install those anyone got any tips?

I happy for you that you got it somewhat sorted out.
I totally agree with you on having to pull clutch springs. That's why i switched to adjustable clutches like the Stage6 and the Polini. So much easier to tune and adjust as far as changing springs and preloading the spring tension. $100 well worth it in my opinion.

Yes the harder springs are tough to fit in a standard clutch. I screw the clutch down to the floor, bench, or piece of wood. Then you can push with your feet, or hip, and can use both hands to put the spring in. With just a spring puller.

And the slowdown at 30km/h is back god dammit. Should i just buy a whole new clutch assembly at this point? Harder spring clutch bell main clutch. maybe a Polini with adjustable clutch springs. And a whole new set of drive belt disks.

Right Final update on this ( hopefully knock on wood ) in case anyone ends up with this odd behavior i ended up unloading the parts cannon and for a full on malossi CVT setup. Which turned out to be overkill since upon closer inspection of the belt pulley i noticed groves where the belt had eaten in to the metal of the drive pulley. Which most likely prevented the belt for traveling further at a certain RPM which caused the sudden slow down of the acceleration.
Ether way at least its fixed now and it runs like a dream and thank you all for the tips
