I am currently running malossi fly clutch with red clutch springs, and a stock clutch bell. Would a aftermarket clutch bell (naraku, stage6 wingcooler) improve the performance or acceleration? If the performance clutch bells improve anything, what are the best ones to look for?

The sport level clutches for builds that will run above 10k rpms I have run ncy, malossi and polini all have been dynamically balanced which would help speed and performance mildly . I have run these on sport level daily rider to low mid race builds and would use whatever one I could get my hands on.
On daily rider builds that run rpms below 10k rpms I just run the stock clutch and bell with upgraded springs ad contra if needed

Can a 105mm clutch bell fit on a 107mm clutch. my friend gave me a clutch bell saying it was a 107mm and i have a new 107mm malossi clutch on. but after a few runs, the wheel spin on the central stands on idle. i tried to slow down the idle, but the rear tire still spinning even if a put on the rear brake...it starts to spin again. can a 105 bell cause this problem or just simply wont fit on a 107mm clutch ? the scoot is a yamaha bws zuma 50 2009, with a malossi 70cc kit, malossi variator a malossi fly clutch. yellow contra and 3 red clutch springs thank you

The clutch should spin freely when at a stand still. The clutch shoes should be retracted and not touching the bell. It sounds like the bell is too small, or there is a problem with the clutch. If you take the bell off, if it's too small you will be able to tell by the wear marks on the pads. It won't cover the whole surface. Or if you take the clutch off and put it in the bell, the alignment won't be right as the shoes open up.

i will open the cover tomorrow and pull the clutch out to see ff anything is broken or else. the wheel dosnt spin free when the motor is not running...looks like it is block in gear like a manual transmission. but it start well and run well to 45-50 mph

my problem was a 105mm clutch bell with a 107mm malossi clutch....so the pads were always touching the inside of the clutch bell, therefore spining the backwheel on the stand. the big nut of the clutch was also not tight enough

Those nuts are a pain to do up. About the only thing I use an impact for. The good news is just buy a bigger clutch bell. 👍
