the electrics are kinda a patent right now butit works with a piaggio cdi/coil it has the ac engine still on because i will build the lc setup on my spare casings and will it work if i put the aerox internals variator stator and fly wheel or will i need to go with the stock 12mm pin crank

If i put a keeway airsal 40mm piston to a malossi or Athena 40mm cylinder it could work if they are the same size

Thanks for the info so an aerox cam has the same stroke but is it the same lenght and is a electric water pump ok or do i need to modify a minarelli water pump The Aerox 50 is the same bore and stroke as the clones. Electric water pumps work great. That's what most people prefer. Mechanical pumps, from my experience, aren't great to deal with. Too many parts failures for me. I converted to a kart pump and that worked well for me but it's a considerable amount of custom work and most would still prefer an electric pump. The radiator can work in that orientation. The key will be if you can get enough airflow through it for proper cooling. Relying on fans could work, but full time fans will be tough to maintain on a typical scoot charging system. I've got a 4" SPAL fan that pulls a whole lot or air for a small unit but it pulls a whole lot of power too. In my case, it barely gets used but even with 2 big radiators upright with nothing in their way I like to have it just in case I'm in traffic in the heat. I'd think you'd need a well designed scoop/tunnel that seals around the radiator so air coming in through the front has to pass through the radiator. I've seen radiators setup on cars that are laid down or at great angles and they use air dams to move air up to the radiator.
