I've seen several tuners do this on their high end engines and by this I mean taking a perfectly good racing piston and and drilling 2 uh my nut holes may be a millimeter in diameter Usually too but I've seen people add more I heard this was just to help lubricate Do you think that this has any chance of helping longevity or keeping Going smoothly???

Yes I have seen people do this. Especially where the exhaust is. No idea if it really helps though. I guess back to back testing would be the only sure way to know. Perhaps 190mech might have some knowledge about this.

I’ve done this and seems to reduce wear especially if you drill lube holes for the wrist pin.
