I guess I might as well start a build thread for this MoSheen. I picked it up out of Baltimore for $350 with a title. Did the Pennsylvania paperwork and now it’s mine. She sat for a few years. PO rode it but lost interest. Sat outside under a cover. Front brake was locked up when I got there. It’s better now. I got it running on the old gas from the tank. Then drained that and added fresh 93 straight dino juice. It runs better now. Bike came with a uninstalled technigas pipe of unknown model. It makes it louder but not noticeably faster. Stock everything. Only thing I can verify was done is derestricting the CVT. Variator weights feel like bricks compared to the 4/5gram minarelli weights. I verified their size but I have no scale. 16x13. Brief online search shows 8gram weights may be good?  Unsure. Stock belt, everything seems to be present and accounted for. 

This bike is the wife’s. I want her to be able to go riding with me. (At least sometimes)  I’ve seen that some parts of the Honda AF18 are listed with Kymco 2t parts also. Anybody tell me if they share design?

The CVT parts look AF16/18 ish. It looks very much like a horizontal version of Kymcos vertical SC10AS (Super Fever) which is a motor that shares similarities with the Honda AF16/18. Pretty sure the cylinders are not swappable due to exhaust flange angle being different. Should be a good, solid scoot for the Mrs

You can use you kitchen scales to get a rough idea of the weight. Put all six rollers on there then divide the weight by six.
Will make a nice scooter.

My wife ran into the back of me once when we were out for a ride. Luckily she didn't do any damage.

Reminds me of boxing day in Keighley geoffh in the early 90's at a friend's after dinner my mate said coming down t' pub.I turned to my wife at the time and asked if she was and table went quiet, she declined which I thought odd and asked if she was sure. Didn't find out till after that women stayed home while the men only went to pub. Never known it before but then I was a southerner in northern territory 🙂
