What exhaust are you running? It's one of the big performance enhancement on a two stroke.

I'd be pretty proud of 96 kph lol. Some overange gears should give you better top speed; it sounds like it's putting out a lot of power. Not sure if anyone offers them for the Aerox though.

Current setup : 21mm pwk carb 4,3 and some rollers combined, works fine doesnt bog at start etc revs very nice. rollers are not normally the cause of a "bog at start". rollers simply dictate the RPM at which your variator is tuned to shift at.
more top speed/power out of a 21mm pwk... you would need an air box that is tuned to the rpm where your bore and pipe make the most power.

Seems like you know exactly what to do. You've answered your own questions. Now it's time to stop the thinking part and start the buying part.

Seems like you know exactly what to do. You've answered your own questions. Now it's time to stop the thinking part and start the buying part. i've run into a problem. is my belt worn or rollers? or clutch ? today i start the aerox in the morning and head to school so it feels like it goes only like 80-90 and its screaming much more, Much noise but doesnt move as fast and doesnt wheelie as much yesterday i could lift up the scooter at ease at like 70kmh but now it just doesnt feel as fast sounds like i would have so light rollers? are they worn out or belt worn?

It probably a worn belt.

That shouldn't effect top speed, unless you are getting a lot of slipping. It should be easy to detect, as the revs will increase to a different rate to the speed.
