Nice find. They go quite well once a variator is fitted. Might even get 45mph. 👍

I had a look but couldn't find a level for it. On my previous motorcycles I have played with the oil level to make it stiffer. We used to do it a lot in the 80's. The spec is a guide, it's not going to matter if it's a little out. You probably wouldn't want it as stiff as the bigger bike. Perhaps go 50ML? 🙈 If it's too stiff they do tools to adjust the level. Basically a big syringe and a tube.
Interestingly my aerox wasn't leaking, but when I changed the oil. Both forks had a different amount in. Must of been like that from new. 🤔

A general rule for damper rod type fork oil level is about 20mm above the top of the damper rod with the fork extended and no spring installed yet..

I won’t mod it to death 😂 I’m not going to start putting mallossi stickers on it, just some tasteful mods! Probably the only nsc that’s not being used for dropping pizzas tho lol

I didn't,t take notes or even sat Nav my speed when I started to mod my scoot(my bad) I just thought it might be an opportunity for you to document the changes and results to a (presumed)stock scooter.

Are you going to change the tyres at some point? Standing for so long they would of gone quite hard now.
