I've got the 2nd scoot running with new stage 6 HPC crank, and used Naraku cylinder and piston (the rattly one)
Put the 17.5mm dellorto on it, swapped the clutch assemble from the daily, and bought another tecnigas silent pro for it.
Goes amazingly, either the speedo is reading differently, or it is actually faster than the malossi powered one..
Variator is stock with the same weights as the daily, 5.7g dr pulley sliders. The crank seems a bit shorter, so there's not enough room to add any variator washers to it. The crank is slightly too precise, so had to pretty heavily encourage the variator backplate on to the spline....
I did some pretty heavy porting on the Naraku, just experimenting, I'll post a port map when I replace the piston on it tmrw, but the timings are around 190 / 128, with A B and C transfers all at increasing heights, so it shouldn't really work with a non expansion exhaust like the silent pro, but it does somehow. Either that or it's not actually that fast....
Also did some reasonably heavy crankcase flowing while I had it apart. Before and after below. Just experimenting really
Will supply photos if necessary.

Many thanks to Zino on the jackmisanthrope thread pmx thread, billwill and others, have got the 21mm running on par with the 17.5mm.
Running a 36 pilot, 50 slide, 87 main, W7 needle in position 3 down. Thanks to you guys I only had to change the clip position one place down from 2 and the main from 85 to 87. Saved a whole shit load of time and pain there, so appreciate you guys doing that stuff and reporting it.
There is the same wall I'm feeling, which is going to be either the pipe not sucking enough, or transfer ports not large enough, high enough etc, but feels good to know the 21mm at least works with what I've got, or with the pipe basically.
The Malossi 21mm PHBG kit came with 107 main, 50 pilot, 30 slide, W16 needle, so wouldn't have worked as is, which is probably why Malossi are not longer selling it. I think I may have got an incorrect kit, the bracket was wrong, had to get the a different throttle adjuster, and the main wasn't 90 as it was reported to be.... but I made it work.

I've also bought a 21mm Dellorto PHBG for the daily with the idea of getting a higher flow cylinder in the near future
I've managed to make it fit, but had to edit a right angle connector off the top of the carb, to make it about 10mm shorter, so the existing throttle cable could reach. It works but there's no adjustment tighter available. Took 25mm off the stock snorkle, which makes pretty much a 21mm opening on the internal side, as per Malossi recommendations, and also had to use the shorter intake spacer from a pmx/roughhouse that I had from my spare set of cases.
