anyone know what could be the cause or where to start with my aerox only having full power/band when opening the throttle, when you pull the throttle back there no smoothness or gradual power gain, it's just wanting to give full power at all times with no exceptions.

I can't really think of anything that would be exactly like WOT everywhere, aside from I assume idle. If it were literally always acting like it was full throttle, then I'd just assume your throttle was stuck. Maybe if it had electronically controlled throttle, then the TPS could be screwy. Even an aggressive setup should act different at 1/4 throttle than full throttle to some degree. Otherwise anything with much power would be nearly impossible to ride.
If it's not literally full power all of the time, then I would think perhaps the CVT tune is really aggressive so it's always revved high with throttle.
Another thought would be, what if it's low on power? Then maybe there's something causing it to never "wake up" so it always runs poorly with throttle. Something like rollers too heavy, never letting it get into the powerband.

Sounds like fun all go no slow .
We need some details on your current set up Pipe ,Kit ,carb ,variator clutch and weights and clutch spring (strength medium heavy light) what rpm does is your variator set to when you hit the throttle ,what is the mininumum rpm your scoot starts rolling when you open the throttle slowly .
Race set ups act ike a on off switch because the power bands are so narrow . Daily Rider set ups are easier to transition for start /stop driving

it's got
Airsal 50cc Sport, bridged port/single ring piston Polini Evo 3G Clutch (max springs) Stage6 Variator with Black/medium spring Naraku Racing 17.5 Carb I believe the rollers are 3.8 to 4.3, I think
I have to roll around corners, I can't do what most scooters can, ease around with the throttle. I might just film myself so I can show you what I mean?

sounds like your clutch Springs might be too stiff, I would also out heavier rollers in . I'm betting that's ur problem.

What exhaust are you running? A yasuni c21? Otherwise those rollers are waaaay to light. With an airsal 50 you'll probably end up around 6 grams. Given you have a malossi white (recommended) or yellow (already too stiff) contra spring.
