I've had my exhaust torn off the bike and have been riding without one for weeks now. Just started having serious trouble about 3 weeks ago. Usually it'll start up after 10-20 seconds in the morning, however it'll either die on me after about 20 minutes or I shut it off and when I get back on, even if its been hours, it won't crank over. I have this scooter stripped down to just frame and guts but I don't even know how to remove the spark plug on this one. Any ideas why this is happening?

I’m assuming you’re being serious, so put your exhaust back on, and adjust your valves.

Valves look pristine, I re gapped them. Added an exhaust. Starts and runs but sometimes takes a while to start. I will double check the valves, my spark plug was dry, but had some blackness on the node, I'll replace that as well. I know there are some other parts inline that I don't recognize, a 3 way splitter from the gas tank with two hoses leading to the carb and the other to the manifold, not sure where the last goes. That item looks like it got hot with boil marks on it. It's omly at 2400 miles
