Back together with her sister, time to start tuning.

Got this temperature and rpm gage from Amazon, temperature gage broke shortly after first long ride. But I was able to get some good reading before running 250-270 on long trip. Spark plug looks “OK” tried a few different heat ranges, running BRP8HS with 95 jet right now.

Did two long rides, 30 miles and 40 the next day. Mostly WOT, temps stayed less than 270, has good middle range torque, can wheelie standing and rolling at 10mph. Top speed on flats 47. I”m probably done for awhile, going to run it this summer on camping trips in Oregon and Idaho. May change to a aftermarket exhaust and 17.5-21mm carb after summer. Trying to keep the noise down so don’t know what options they are. Would love more wheelie power, can I do it without a loud pipe? Will a carb with no pipe help?

you can buy a street style exhaust like s6 street,malossi wild lion,etc..its more cheap than expansion,it will give you more low end torque for wheelies,and a lil bit top speed.i own a prebug too,and i bought a yasuni eco exhaust.this week i will put it on the bike.people say its not noisy,its almost as quiet as stock

Yeah I have a Wild loin on my vino, which helped that bike out, But the prebug zuma's stock exhaust isn't much different from what I can tell, same size pipe and taper to muffler. Don't want to buy something that works the same as I have now.

I ve seen a ton of reviews for these exhausts,specially for prebug(minarelli vertical) because i own one too.
in couple days i ll fit mine on the bike and i will tell you for sure
But i can ensure its a really good upgrade,just like on your vino.indeed its same lenght but its fatter pipe than the stock and its much lighter too.stock pipe prebug 4,6 kg , yasuni eco 2,6 kg

the pot is tested with polini 50cc and generally a much more tame build than yours,and still show some good perfomance gains
