If it’s a sports kit it should be fine. I think the pump ratio is 50:1

Make sure you are using a good quality oil. what oil do you recommend Not sure, you have a lot of different brands to what we have here. I always use Castrol. Any premium brand would do. But when you increase the performance a good oil on a two stroke is important. It not only saves from seizure, but prolongs engine life.

What pipe do you have. You’re spinning way faster than where your power band is. A sport it should be anywhere from 8500-10000. 10k being a corsa or a street race with a decent pipe like a Yasuni r. A stock pipe or a street pipe you’re doing nothing but over revving. The oil injection works fine, just use good oil & you’re fine. A 70 kit with a stock head is something I wouldn’t do. I think honestly you need to get another name brand kit & start over. If you’re running a stock pipe, & air box just up jetting the stock carb will be fine. It sounds like you’ve got a bunch going on.

I’ve put thousands of miles on a 70cc kitted zuma using the stock oil injection and my oil of choice Honda GN2.

11,000 -12000 rpms and only going 45 mph you must have some serious belt slip or you are way overreving out of the powerband and your running in low gear on the variator. what weights are you running in variator ? When you hit the throttle wide open what rpm does the engine jump too ?
When i went over 10000 rpms I was pushing 60 mph
2003 stock zuma did 38 mph at just over 8000 rpms

I’ve used Lucas as well for 20k miles with the stock pump no issues. Those RPMs are high; if it pulls well on the bottom end I highly suggest an upgear kit it will keep the revs down at top speed.
