The Guzzi forums strictly adhere to the 10/60. Dry clutch so no special friction stuff required.

10-60 is stupid,WHY? A Guzzi is a pretty layed back motor unless I'm missing something..Am guessing it's a plain bearing crank with a separate tranny..Any explanation as to why you need this rocket oil?? Would think Mobil 1 15w-50 would FAR surpass the 10-60 stuff.. Bob is the oil guy site has all the folk that eat and drink lubrication tech bobistheoilguy.com/forums/

I have no idea. Flat tappet air cooled with oil cooler. Shrug? Doesn’t matter. I’ll spend the $60/6,000 miles to oil the bearings. The experienced Guzzi guys said to not deviate.

Congrats on the Guzzi, I own a 2003 V11 and a 2010 V7; amazing bikes. Both are super dependable, the V7 now has over 23k, never any issues (just valve adjust and fluids chenges). As for the light coming on at 2k. This does happen to me from time to time as well. It has something to do with case pressure. I've addressed it, but to no avail. With that said, it's never caused a single problem.
As for oil, I live in SoCal so fluctuating weather temps is a non issue, I run 20w50, cheap and easy to find.

She passed her Pennsylvania state inspection today. Legal to run.

No stopping you now. Got any trips planned? Maybe some special tags today. Doesn’t seem fair though as my tag gathering range is very wide now compared to my 10mi radius of the house prior to this.

I had a look for the nearest water tower. It's 44 miles away, longer not using a freeway. That's a mission on a 50cc. 😂

Yeah that’s too far. I passed numerous ragtops today but can’t take pics while I’m moving.

I did change the oil pressure sensor, made the oil light problem go away. Now I have a few random oil leaks to chase down. Oil leaks are never a good thing. I adjusted the valves and that quieted things down a lot. PO said the valves had just been done but that’s BS, I could have driven a truck through the valve gap on one of them. Overall it wasn’t hard to do. .0015 exhaust and .0010 intake. Measure/adjust/rotate/measure/adjust/rotate over and over until it’s stable. Took typically four adjustments to make for good. Sounds better now.

Is that still the old GY6 style adjustment rather than the bucket and shim type I guess? It doesn't stay in specification as long. But easier to do. The amount of motorcycles I have brought and the dealer was supposed to have done a full service on. But didn't is quite a few. Always best to do it yourself Rob.

I’ve never seen bucket and shim or GY6 These have an adjuster bolt on the rocker arm with a lock nut.
