Sorry I had to be brief with my last post. I had to visit the ER.
I usually drill a passage with a 3/16 drill bit. Then use the tap drill next. This forms a nice chamfer for the rubber seat. Finally use the tap to cut the threads. It seems to work well enough to seat the valve.
That uxcell tool importer has provided a number of very good tools and parts to me.
